Dear participants, here are the final transfer tables created by travel agency.
Please have in mind that it may take a long time to go through Dubai airport, to pass a passport control and to get out. This will reduce your time of waiting (up to 3hr maximum) for the departure in the same bus with other guests. For those who couldn’t wait that long we may suggest to use a taxi from the airport which is about 300 AED.
On the way back, on departure, starting time should be at least 4-5hr before the flight as you have to be in Dubai airport 3hr before the flight. Some of you will have longer time to spend on the airport.

If you missed to register for the transfer on time, you might try to join some groups if there will be extra places.
The representatives of the hosts (travel agent or club’s driver) will be waiting for you on the Arrival hall, with a big logo of the event (see the image). See the contact phones on the top of the transfer lists for a case if you missed to find the representative who is meeting you.
