Dear participants of the WCCC 2022, please check this information to know if you need a Visa to enter UAE and how to obtain it if needed (see also PDF version of the below):
- Please at the beginning check the link which is below, choose your nationality and choose the type of tourist visa & check If you need a visa or not to enter UAE airports.

- Some nationalities can obtain a visa from the airport directly at the time of entry, in this case you may need an invitation from the organizing committee, if your case matches this case, the organization committee can send to you an invitation letter to support & facilitate your visa procedures.
- In case you need a visa to enter the UAE, please follow the steps from 3 to 9.
- Please send clear copy of your passport includes all Information’s which is need it in the Invitation letter.
- UAE Entry Visa can be obtained upon request (Application), by September 30th.
- A digital Passport Copy (JPEG – scanned & Colored) and a Face-photo (JPEG – scanned & Colored) should be sent to the e-mail ccie1981@gmail.com , titled (Visa Request).
- Entry Visa fees: € 100.
- All Visa Fees for Coaches & Accompanying Persons must be paid in cash upon arrival at the registration desk.
- Entry Visas to the UAE will be issued for the eligible Participants Coaches & Accompanying Persons and will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of arrival.
- All Visa Applications are subject to the approval of the UAE General Directorate of Residency & Foreigner Affairs.
- All Visa Application fees are non-refundable.
